TOKEN2049 is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end event operations for TOKEN2049 & SuperAI in Hong Kong. You will manage ticketing, registration, exhibitors and vendors, and on-site operations while rolling out a world-class operations roadmap.

You will recruit and mentor junior staff, coordinate with vendors, analyze data for improvements, and ensure an exceptional attendee experience both digitally and in person. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, pragmatic and self-starter attitude.
• 10+ years in event operations/tickets management for large-scale global events.
• Experience in planning and implementing new systems to enhance operations.
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving under pressure.
• Strong resilience and patience; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Project management skills for handling multiple initiatives and teams.
• Interest in web3/crypto or AI is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Create and oversee a world-class event operations roadmap for TOKEN2049 & SuperAI.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage junior operations executives.
• Manage ticketing, inventory, and customer support.
• Oversee end-to-end event execution and logistics coordination.
• Develop and implement new systems to improve operations.
• Handle online and on-site attendee registration before and during the event.
• Analyze event data and metrics to identify improvements and provide recommendations.
• Manage Community Team responses and the Help Desk.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors during planning and execution.
• Lead event staff, volunteers, and on-site teams; troubleshoot issues as needed.
