Job summary

Globibo Group seeks a Sales Manager for its eLearning division in Hong Kong. You will drive new business, build a global client base, and work with leading brands to deliver learning solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years in regional eLearning sales, a proven track record, and strong English communication. You will engage with stakeholders, attend industry events, and negotiate long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in translations or related field (or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of regional eLearning operations experience.
• Proven sales track record penetrating new markets and industries.
• Fluency in English (required).

Responsibilities

• Research organizations and industry players to identify new leads and markets.
• Identify needs of companies and key stakeholders/decision makers.
• Contact potential clients via email and cold calls with tailored value offers.
• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events.
• Engage in horizontal sales outreach to new contacts from existing clients.
• Maintain relationships with VIP clients and drive opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Support customers with delivery information and establish long-term contracts.
