Job summary

Globibo is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand its presence in Hong Kong. You will identify new markets, engage decision makers, and build a pool of corporate clients for translation, interpretation and training services.

You will manage end-to-end sales, tailor value propositions, attend industry events, and collaborate with our teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships in a dynamic tech-enabled services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in corporate B2B sales and end-to-end sales cycle.
• Excellent communication; fluent English with regional clients.
• Ability to identify needs and tailor value to clients.
• Motivated, independent, detail-oriented and KPI-driven.
• Experience with preparing complex quotations and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Research organizations and industry players to identify leads and new markets.
• Identify needs of companies and decision makers.
• Contact potential clients via email and cold calls with tailored offerings.
• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events.
• Grow outreach to new contacts from existing clients and VIPs.
