The British Council in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to advise prospective and returning learners on English language courses and services. You will conduct consultations across in-person, online, and telephone channels, guiding customers through registrations and promoting relevant offerings.

Competenze

• Proficiency in English to CEFR B2 level.
• Cantonese proficiency to CEFR C2 level.
• Experience in sales, consultancy, or advisory roles.
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques (questioning, needs matching, objections).
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Experience in education, training, or language teaching sales.
• Experience with cross-selling or upselling is a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct face-to-face, online, and phone consultations to understand learner needs and recommend courses.
• Record interactions and outcomes accurately in CRM and Student Management Systems.
• Support customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and satisfaction through consultative selling.
• Aim to meet individual and team sales targets while promoting relevant products and services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Teaching and Marketing to ensure a seamless learner journey.
