Pinpoint Asia is seeking a Technology Leader to drive strategy, engineering, and operational excellence across a global digital workspace. You will oversee both on-prem and cloud hybrid environments, shaping the modern workplace stack and ensuring a secure, resilient user experience.

You will steer core identity, unified communications, and enterprise mobility while leading transformation programs under PMO governance. Strong English and Mandarin, and finance-sector experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10 years hands-on technical experience in digital workspace/EUC.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Hybrid Exchange.
• Goverance focus on security, DR, and audit readiness.
• Proactive leadership in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Experience in Investment Banking or regulated finance is a plus.
• Certs (MCSE, MCP, Cloud Architect) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Architect and support the modern workplace stack across Cloud and on‑prem.
• Oversee directory services, SCCM/Intune endpoints, and secure mail gateways.
• Lead workspace transformation projects with PMO governance.
• Maintain security baselines and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Establish OLAs with infrastructure teams and track KPIs.
• Coordinate incident management and provide L3 escalation support.
• Document design records and implementation logs for Operations teams.
