Job summary

CLSA is seeking a technology leader to provide comprehensive steering, design, engineering and operational support across workspace technologies, office automation, and building blocks, on-prem or Cloud. Role requires hands-on configuration and system administration across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in digital workspace technology space.
• Strong hands-on practical experience in Workspace products and application stack mentioned in Job Responsibilities.
• Proven track records of effective implementation and administration of IT systems with focus on digital workspace related systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering insights and support to the spectrum of Workspace technology and application systems stack, on-prem or Cloud.
• Manage Workspace related projects with PMO governance.
• Ensure proactive monitoring of all Workspace systems and identify legacy issues before impact.
• Innovate and devise practical solutions to meet business requirements and improve technologies and workflows.
• Establish OLA with Technology Operations teams to ensure supportability of Workspace systems.
• Devise and maintain KPIs for Workspace systems performance and present in management reports.
• Ensure compliance of Workspace platforms with regulatory requirements in all operating countries.
