Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead global digital delivery initiatives across international markets. You will partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Brand, and Regional teams to shape scope, metrics, and outcomes, while mitigating risks and driving portfolio governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management and change management experience in global retail or e-commerce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Product Management, Technology, E-commerce, and Retail ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, software systems, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-functional project plans and roadmaps for digital delivery across international markets.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Brand, and Regional leadership to define scope, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Anticipate and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies with global stakeholders for proactive mitigation.
• Monitor portfolio health and deliver executive status reports and KPI dashboards for leadership forums.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to present strategic options to senior leadership.
