Job summary

CHANEL seeks a capable Digital Product/Project Manager to own HKMO digital portfolio, aligning with regional and global roadmaps. You will translate client/advisor needs into measurable outcomes, map journeys, and collaborate across Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, Fragrance & Beauty and enabling functions to drive end-to-end delivery.

In a fast-evolving cross-border landscape, you’ll lead cross-functional workshops, validate assumptions, monitor adoption, and continuously refine the backlog

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital product or project management, business analysis or solution delivery.
• Exposure to product strategy and UX/experience design practices.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel journeys and client engagement tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap and measurable outcomes for HKMO digital products and channels.
• Map end-to-end journeys and translate local needs into clear experience requirements.
• Lead initiatives from concept through launch, coordinating multi-functional teams.
• Monitor adoption, usability and value, using insights to refine the backlog.
