Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Director, Data Platform, Global to shape strategy, architecture, and operations for our enterprise data and analytics platform. You will lead a global team and partner with Architecture, Applications, and business stakeholders to enable AI-ready data foundations across hotels and corporate offices.

You will drive governance, privacy engineering, and cost-optimisation across AWS, GCP, and Azure, delivering reliable data services and scalable analytics for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in data architecture, platform engineering, or solution design in large organisations.
• Hands-on capability in SQL and Python.
• Deep knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, PDPA, PIPL).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global enterprise data platform strategy and architecture.
• Oversee data governance, privacy engineering, and cost optimisation across cloud ecosystems.
• Lead a global data platform team and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure AI-ready data foundations for analytics and GenAI use cases.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and strategic initiatives.
