Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Director of Data Platform and Governance, Global, based in Hong Kong. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise data and analytics platform, guiding strategy, architecture, and governance across regions and brands.

You will manage a global data platform team, ensure AI-ready foundations, and partner with Architecture, Applications, and Corporate functions to deliver high-quality data services with strong privacy controls.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have extensive experience in data architecture, platform engineering, or solution design within large multinational organisations.
• Proven track record leading engineers and specialists in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global Enterprise Data Platform strategy and architecture.
• Ensure data services meet SLAs, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cost optimisation, vendor relationships, and multi-year budgets for the data platform.
