Job summary

Starbucks Asia Pacific seeks a senior manager for data platform & engineering to lead the regional data platform ecosystem and cloud infrastructure. You will own end-to-end data architecture, pipelines, and analytics integration across Azure and Databricks, while ensuring security, cost efficiency and alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering or analytics roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure data services (Data Factory, SQL, Data Lake) and Databricks.
• End-to-end data architecture ownership for pipelines and integrations.
• Experience in regional/global technology environments.
• Experience administering Tableau or similar BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead data platform ecosystem, ensuring stability, scalability, security and governance.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, Azure databases and performance optimisation.
• Define roadmap and modernisation initiatives across data platforms.
