Job summary

CHINA INTERNATIONAL DEVOLOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED is seeking a contract administrator to review and manage commercial terms for cross-border contracts and support negotiations in a fast-paced, global environment. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and international counterparties to ensure timely delivery and compliant commercial records.

You will draft and review commercial clauses, monitor milestones and payment schedules, and contribute to tender preparation and contract

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management.
• Experience in data centre, telecommunications, infrastructure, or construction sectors preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong asset for internal alignment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial clauses for offshore and cross-border agreements.
• Support management in commercial contract negotiations and amendments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and global partners on contract execution.
• Establish and maintain a robust contract filing and tracking system.
• Support tender preparation, including framework agreements and reference contracts.
• Monitor fulfillment, track payment milestones, and address commercial issues.
