Job summary

CHINA INTERNATIONAL DEVOLOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED seeks a senior fundraising professional to source capital for global data centre expansion. You will build and manage a global investor network, lead equity and debt financing, and drive end-to-end execution from scouting to closing.

You will model valuations, prepare investment memos, and maintain investor communications, while traveling globally to meet with institutional investors and partners across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline. CFA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Capital sourcing & network expansion: identify and pitch to potential institutional investors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, and strategic partners.
• Fundraising execution: lead equity and debt financing initiatives; drive investor outreach and manage roadshows to closing.
• Financial modeling & valuation: build pre-investment valuation models and investment memos to support decisions.
• Investor relations & retention: deepen relationships with investor network; prepare updates and Q&A materials for meetings.
• Post-investment management: monitor performance and compile reports for management and investors.
• Market intelligence & capital markets: track trends, flows, and actions; assist in secondary offerings and capital market activities.
