Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Global Custody / Securities Services / Product Management / Network Management.
• Sound knowledge of global custody products, securities settlement, asset servicing and international custody markets.
• Practical experience in custody product development and/or sub-custodian network management, including due diligence and service provider oversight.
• Good understanding of custody market practices, regulatory requirements and operational risk management.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Global Custody product and network management strategies to enhance business competitiveness and growth.
• Review and enhance existing product offerings, identify new business opportunities and support product development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the global custody network, including sub-custodian selection, onboarding, RFPs, SLAs and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct due diligence and monitor sub-custodian performance, service quality, pricing and associated risks.
• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes and industry practices to ensure product and network arrangements remain competitive and compliant.
• Support commercial activities including product pricing, profitability analysis, client proposals and business development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fintech, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders to enhance operating efficiency, strengthen controls and support new market and product implementations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
