Job summary

RedotPay, a global crypto payment fintech, seeks a hunter-focused Business Development professional in Hong Kong to identify, prospect, and onboard high-value clients across HNWIs, crypto projects, corporate accounts, and merchant partners. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, expanding market reach and revenue.

You will collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs, maintain strong client relationships, and represent the company at crypto

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven track record in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Acquisition within FinTech, Web3, Crypto, or Payment Gateway sectors.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition (Hunting): Actively prospect, generate, and convert high-value leads (HNWIs, crypto projects, corporate accounts, and institutional clients) to drive top-line growth.
• Pipeline Management: Own end-to-end sales funnel—from cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
• Strategic BD Partnerships: Forge alliances with exchanges, wallets, Web3 communities, VC funds to open new client channels.
• Handoff & Relationship Transition: Work with Account Management for smooth transition to long-term retention.
• Event & Networking Representation: Represent RedotPay at Web3, crypto, and FinTech summits to generate leads and boost brand visibility.
• Market Feedback: Gather client feedback to support Product and Strategy teams.
