Job summary

Coins is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to lead client acquisition and strategic partnerships in Hong Kong. The role focuses on cross-border payments, FX settlement, payout, and end-to-end payment solutions across industries such as cross-border e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, and education tech.

You will independently lead and manage client relationships, align solutions with business needs, and collaborate with product, risk, and operations to deliver customized

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, International Trade, Marketing or related fields preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX, acquiring or related industries; sales in card acquiring or cross-border collections is a plus.
• Familiarity with target industries’ payment scenarios and customer demands; existing client resources or networks are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to design industry-specific solutions.
• Manage key client opportunities and drive product adoption to increase transaction volume and stickiness.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape; produce market insights reports and support partnerships.
