Job summary

Datawave Technologies Limited is seeking a commercially minded Group Compliance Manager to coordinate compliance across our international, multi-entity business. You will lead global oversight, drive licensing strategy, and translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows with product, tech and operations teams.

You will oversee KYC/KYB tech interfaces and risk management for traditional brokerage and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of compliance experience in FX, online brokerage, and/or digital assets/web3.
• Exposure to regulators such as FCA, CySEC, SFC, MAS, MiCA, or offshore jurisdictions (Mauritius, BVI, Seychelles) is advantageous.
• Experience implementing compliance technology and practical workflows across product, tech, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Global Oversight: Coordinate and support the Compliance function across multiple jurisdictions, working with local teams to meet obligations.
• Licensing & Expansion: Drive global licensing strategy and manage new license applications.
• Operational Integration: Translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows with Product, Tech, and Ops teams.
• Compliance Tech: Oversee compliance tech implementations including KYC/KYB platforms and blockchain monitoring tools.
• Risk Management: Support AML/CFT, sanctions, and client-risk frameworks across traditional brokerage and digital asset flows.
