Datawave Technologies Limited is seeking a commercially minded Group Compliance Manager to coordinate compliance across our international, multi-entity business. You will lead global oversight, drive licensing strategy, and translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows with product, tech and operations teams.

You will oversee KYC/KYB tech interfaces and risk management for traditional brokerage and digital assets.

Formación

• 5–10 years of compliance experience in FX, online brokerage, and/or digital assets/web3.
• Exposure to regulators such as FCA, CySEC, SFC, MAS, MiCA, or offshore jurisdictions (Mauritius, BVI, Seychelles) is advantageous.
• Experience implementing compliance technology and practical workflows across product, tech, and operations teams.

• Risk Management: Support AML/CFT, sanctions, and client-risk frameworks across traditional brokerage and digital asset flows.

We are seeking a commercially minded Group Compliance Manager to coordinate compliance activities across our international, multi-entity business.

What You'll Do:

• Global Oversight: Coordinate and support the Compliance function across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with local teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Licensing & Expansion: Partner with Senior Management and Legal to drive our global licensing strategy, assessing new jurisdictions and managing new license applications.
• Operational Integration: Translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows, collaborating with Product, Tech, and Ops teams.
• Compliance Tech: Oversee the implementation of compliance technology, including KYC/KYB platforms (e.g., Sumsub) and blockchain analytics/KYT tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic).
• Risk Management: Support AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and client-risk frameworks across both traditional brokerage and digital asset flows.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5-10 years of compliance experience in FX, online brokerage, and/or digital assets/web3.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Exposure to regulators such as FCA, CySEC, SFC, MAS, FSCA, MiCA, or offshore jurisdictions (Mauritius, BVI, Seychelles) is highly advantageous.
• Commercial Acumen: A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial realities.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern compliance, identity, and blockchain monitoring tools.
• Leadership Potential: Strong ownership, excellent stakeholder management, and the drive to grow into a senior leadership role.
