Currenxie is seeking an experienced Global Compliance Officer to lead the Compliance function across the Currenxie Group. The role involves oversight of regulatory program, risk and AML/CTF activities, and maintaining relationships with regulators and banking partners.

The candidate will work cross-functionally with product, design and engineering to ensure compliant and scalable product development across Hong Kong, the UK and Europe, reporting to the Group COO, CEO and Board.

Qualifications

• At least five years in financial services/fintech regulatory roles.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong, UK, and European regulatory regimes.
• Experience building and maintaining robust compliance controls.
• Strong understanding of money laundering laws and regulations in HK, the UK and Europe.
• Proactive in delivering compliance guidance across product, design and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Group compliance program.
• Ensure the Group complies with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Oversee risk management and AML/CTF functions.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and banking partners.
• Lead on regulatory projects affecting products and regulatory changes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for leaders on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to ensure compliant product delivery.
• Report to Group COO, CEO and Board on compliance status, risk and monitoring.
