Job summary

HODLife is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the Group-wide compliance framework, covering regulatory compliance, business conduct and financial crime across jurisdictions. The role translates requirements into practical controls and supports product, distribution channels and partnerships within approved risk appetite.

This hands-on leadership position collaborates with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product and the CISO, maintaining accountability for compliance and escalation of material

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of compliance experience in regulated financial services.
• Hands-on digital asset compliance experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, distribution and policyholder protection.
• Proven experience engaging regulators and advising senior management and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group compliance framework, policies and annual risk-based compliance plan.
• Lead regulatory engagement with regulators across jurisdictions and coordinate with Legal.
• Oversee AML/CTF, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, and fraud compliance frameworks.
• Develop compliance standards for digital asset-related products and partnerships.
• Design and oversee risk-based compliance monitoring, testing and remediation.
