Job summary

Hytech is seeking a seasoned Head of Product Compliance to oversee a global framework for regulatory compliance across financial and trading products. You will partner with Product, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to enable product innovation while ensuring regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services, a deep understanding of FX, derivatives and digital assets, and strong leadership to influence senior stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, FinTech, brokerage, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of financial and trading products including FX, derivatives, and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global product compliance framework across jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic compliance advisory for new products, features, and business initiatives.
• Work with product, trading, engineering and risk leaders to embed regulatory requirements into product lifecycles.
• Assess product structures, customer journeys and business models for regulatory risks and controls.
• Support launches and expansion in multiple jurisdictions ensuring licensing and regulatory alignment.
• Establish and oversee product approval processes and post-launch monitoring.
