Michael Page (Hong Kong) seeks a Group CIO to shape IT strategy across a multi-market organisation. You will lead global IT governance, enterprise architecture and investment priorities, aligning with manufacturing digitalisation goals.

The role requires substantial international experience, Mandarin and English fluency, and willingness to base in China with regular travel across markets. You will influence executives and oversee major technology programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT strategy and governance at group/enterprise level.
• Proven track record in digital transformation within multi-market manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture and IT/OT integration.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; able to engage with executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group's IT strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Establish global IT governance, enterprise architecture, technology standards and investment priorities.
• Develop an operating model across corporate, regional and local IT functions.
• Advance manufacturing digitalisation by integrating ERP, MES and data platforms.
• Oversee major technology programmes with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, data governance, risk management and business continuity.
• Manage IT budgets, dispersed teams and external technology partners.
• Advise senior executives on technology investments and transformation priorities.
