Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting, financial reporting, governance and internal controls.
• Set and govern enterprise-wide accounting policies for complex regulatory matters.
• Oversee global control environment, governance framework and financial risk management.
• Provide executive accounting oversight across international entities and markets.
• Partner with CFO, Board and regulators on enterprise value creation and compliance.
