Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
• 20+ years progressive financial management experience; at least 10 years as Finance Director, CFO or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of HK-listed financial regulations, IFRS standards, and mainland tax/policy implications.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the Group's financial strategy and lead digital transformation to boost efficiency.
• Act as a key business partner, offer financial insights, oversee cost controls, review quotations, and drive productivity improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership for overseas expansion, plan and manage overseas manufacturing finance, ensure regulatory compliance.
