Michael Page International (HK) Ltd seeks an accomplished Group CIO to lead IT across multiple markets. Define and execute the group’s IT strategy, establish global governance, and drive digital transformation in manufacturing through integrated enterprise applications and data.

The role requires substantial international experience, fluency in Mandarin and English, and willingness to be based in China with regular travel.

• Experience as Group CIO of a large enterprise.
• Proven track record in group-wide IT strategy, governance, budgets and organisational management.
• Substantial international experience leading IT operations across multiple countries.
• Record of delivering digital transformation in manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with ability to conduct executive discussions in both languages.

* Previous experience as Group CIO of an enterprise with annual revenue of at least RMB 100 billion, or an enterprise ranked among the Fortune Global 200.

* Demonstrated for group-wide IT strategy, governance, budgets and organisational management.

* Substantial international experience, including accountability for IT operations and teams across multiple countries.

* A proven record of delivering digital transformation in manufacturing environments.

* Strong expertise of enterprise systems, manufacturing applications, data architecture and IT/OT integration.

* Commercial judgement and the ability to influence executive and board level.

* Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct executive discussions and presentations in both languages.

* Willingness to be based in China and undertake regular international travel.
