Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong, part of HSH Group, seeks a Director of Public Relations and Influence to lead a globally consistent PR strategy from its Corporate Office in Hong Kong. You will drive international media visibility and guide a network of property PR leaders and agencies to amplify the brand across markets.

Applicants should have a strong luxury-brand background, an extensive PR network, and proven leadership in multi-market programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive PR expertise with 10–15 years in communications or related fields.
• Strong global media network and influencer ecosystem.
• Proven leadership in multi-market strategies and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strategic, commercially minded with exceptional storytelling and brand instinct.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global PR and influence strategy aligned with brand positioning and priorities.
• Drive brand visibility through strategic media relations and top-tier journalists.
• Shape narratives and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Oversee content across PR, social, and influencer channels; align with campaigns.
• Set global social media strategy and governance across platforms.
• Lead influencer and creator strategy to amplify brand equity.
• Manage global agency network and property PR teams for high performance.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize PR and ROI.
