Hanson Search is seeking a Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy & Communications for an ultra-luxury hotel group. The role spans brand strategy, creative direction, PR, communications, events and partnerships, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Ideal candidate has in-house luxury brand leadership, global transformation experience, and strong stakeholder management to align markets worldwide; relocation to Hong Kong is required with relocation support.

Qualifikationen

• Senior brand leadership experience in luxury sectors such as hospitality or luxury goods.
• Track record in global brand strategy and multi-market alignment.
• Experience leading brand repositioning with hands-on delivery and senior stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Own the Group’s brand strategy, positioning, architecture and narrative globally.
• Set global creative direction and govern brand guidelines and governance.
• Oversee brand communications and reputation with Corporate Affairs and ExCom.
• Translate strategy into guest experience principles across hotels, F&B, wellness and retail.
• Lead partnerships, sponsorships and group-led events for iconic luxury collaborations.
• Define brand-led product strategy and ensure alignment with retail.
• Build and lead a 5–6 person global brand/communications team and agency partners.
• Act as center of excellence with KPIs, toolkits and regional best-practice adoption.
