DL Public Relations in Hong Kong is seeking a highly motivated PR Manager to lead strategic public relations, branding and communications for premium clients. You will develop and execute campaigns, oversee VIP receptions, and ensure exceptional client experiences across Hong Kong and Macau.

The ideal candidate has 3-8 years in PR, branding, media or related fields, strong English and Cantonese, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record in luxury customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Public Relations, Branding, Media, Marketing Communications, or related fields
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong business and hospitality environment
• Proven experience in client servicing, PR campaign management, or luxury customer relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset
• Adaptable, service-oriented, and highly professional
• Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP relations, or high-end customer service is an advantage
