Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior beverage operations professional to plan and execute global beverage standards in collaboration with senior leadership. The role focuses on maintaining service excellence, supporting lounge, bar and retail beverage operations, and driving continuous improvements across the network.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in beverage management, strong wine/spirits knowledge, and excellent training and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience at management level in beverage operations.
• Diploma or above in hospitality or business administration.
• Experience in fine dining is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in wine, spirits and cocktails; professional qualifications are a plus.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute global beverage operational standards.
• Support lounge, bar and retail beverage operations.
• Create and monitor beverage performance across the network.
• Provide beverage updates to top management.
• Set up IT systems for bar sales and maintain beverage manuals.
• Work with procurement on equipment and service providers.
• Participate in bar designs and pre-opening beverage design.
