Job summary
Galaxy Macau is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Beverage to provide strategic leadership across beverage and cigar programs for its luxury venues. You will drive innovation, commercial performance, and guest engagement while developing a world-class beverage team.
Requirements include 15+ years in F&B, 5+ years in a senior role, LUXURY hotel/Michelin-starred experience with P&L, and strong wine/spirits knowledge with top certifications. Fluency in English is essential.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in F&B with 5+ years in a senior role.
- Experience in 5-star luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants with P&L oversight.
- Deep wines & spirits knowledge; recognised certifications; cigar operations experience.
- Strong international F&B network and premium client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee beverage and cigar operations across Galaxy Macau venues.
- Lead sommeliers and cigar masters; develop concepts and signature programs.
- Set beverage strategy, budget, procurement, and inventory controls.
- Collaborate with Marketing, F&B and procurement for events and promotions.
- Build partnerships with luxury brands and key suppliers; drive growth.
