Our client, a well-established cross-border software company, seeks an SEO Operations Lead to scale their global B2B organic growth from Hong Kong. You will own SEO strategy, content networks, technical SEO and CRO, partnering with product, tech and marketing to drive qualified US/EU leads.

The role offers autonomy with dedicated budgets for top-tier SEO tooling and external content resources, plus a HK/Shenzhen hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEO/Organic Growth within B2B SaaS, E-commerce Tech, or Software platforms.
• Proven track record executing search strategies for Western markets (US/EU) in native English.
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident (HKPR) status required.
• Mastery of the listed SEO tools and GA4.
• Hands-on experience scaling freelance writer networks and enforcing editorial SOPs.

Responsibilities

• SEO & GEO Strategy: Execute high-intent B2B search roadmaps to acquire US/EU merchant leads across traditional SERPs and GEO platforms.
• Content Supply Chain: Build and manage external networks of native-English freelance writers and editors; establish editorial SOPs, briefs, topic clusters and QA standards.
• Technical SEO: Conduct site audits, maintain Core Web Vitals, manage schema markup, resolve crawl/indexation issues and optimize site architecture.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize landing page UX, page-level messaging and visitor-to-trial/demo conversion rates.
• Data & Attribution: Track organic rankings, domain authority, and lead attribution using Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, and GA4 to report ROI.
