Fresh graduates may start as Account Executive; strong English and Cantonese, plus MS Office skills, are essential for success in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates in any discipline; interest and passion for advertising.
• Intern experience in an agency environment would be a plus.
• Independent, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Fresh Graduates would also be considered as Account Executive.

Responsibilities

• Competitive monitoring / tracking on a daily basis and prepare for monthly presentation.
• Daily coordination e.g. artwork follow up, back translation etc.
• Organize meetings, check schedules, send out invites.
• Update WIP document weekly.
• Job opening, quote & invoice follow up.
• Strategy and creative presentation material preparation.
• Develop post-mortem reports for completed campaigns.
• Reporting & filing.
