Job summary

Cheil Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced account management professional to lead relationships with China-based clients and act as the primary contact for all account matters. You will join a growing team delivering innovations, integration, creativity and quality work for MNCs from Finance & Property categories.

The role requires leading, mentoring, and collaborating in a team-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on growth, cross-border capabilities and Mandarin/Cantonese

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in agency or related fields.
• Strong experience working with China-based clients or managing cross-border business relationships.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned China-based clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account matters.
• Identify new business opportunities and translate them into revenue with the team.
• Engage in operational management and strategic planning as part of daily routine.
• Support on ad hoc projects as needed.
