Job summary

Cheil Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced account management professional to lead relationships with China-based clients and act as the primary contact for all account matters. You will join a growing team delivering innovations, integration, creativity and quality work for MNCs from Finance & Property categories.

The role requires leading, mentoring, and collaborating in a team-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on growth, cross-border capabilities and Mandarin/Cantonese

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in agency or related fields.
• Strong experience working with China-based clients or managing cross-border business relationships.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with assigned China-based clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account matters and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded

You will be a part of a growing team to craft innovations, integration, creativity and quality work for MNCs from Finance & Property Categories.

Your role will be seen as a partner, a thought leader and trusted advisor to client brands, the agency business and to your team. You would have to translate visions into business growth opportunities, creativity.

Within the team, you will be working closely with team lead to identify new business opportunities, and turn those into revenue.

Operational management & strategic planning would be on an equal basis and will be your daily routine. Organic growth will also be one of your KPIs.

Support on Ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

University degree holder, preferably in Marketing/ Communication/ New Media/ Advertising related discipline

3+ years of account management experience in agency or related fields

Strong experience working with China-based clients or managing cross-border business relationships with a deep understanding of Chinese market dynamics

Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.

Self-motivated, dynamic, agile and highly organized with a drive for growth & achievement.

A team player with a passion towards advertising and marketing

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
