Qualifications

• 2–4 years of client-facing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of freight forwarding operations including ocean/air freight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Analytically curious and comfortable working with data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day by connecting clients, supply chain stakeholders, and Flexport operations teams.
• Monitor shipment performance and KPIs across assigned accounts and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, reports, and client-facing presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in Flexport systems.
• Build relationships with client operational contacts through consistent communication.
• Support pricing and proposals by gathering data and benchmarking options.
• Identify growth opportunities or risks to contribute to retention strategies.
• Collaborate with origin, destination, customs, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
