Job summary

FedEx Express in Hong Kong is seeking a National Account Executive to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and drive profitable growth across existing accounts and new business opportunities. You will develop and implement a strategy to win new business, ensure profit against targets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and operations to deliver excellent service.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in commercial or industrial sales;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales.
• Senior level requires five (5) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long term customer relationships as well as achieve profitable growth through the current customer base and the acquisition of new accounts.
• Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring new businesses.
• Ensure profit development against target and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and partner closely with operations to drive further market insights.
