Blue Cross in Hong Kong is seeking a senior leader to drive the end-to-end portfolio management lifecycle, including underwriting, pricing, product development, reinsurance, and operational process design. Lead customer-centric solutions balancing growth, profitability, and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or Business Administration or equivalent.
8+ years in underwriting, product development or project management with leadership exposure.
Proven track record in profitable portfolio growth and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

Lead the underwriting performance of the assigned business lines balancing growth, quality and profitability.
Support underwriting strategies, pricing controls, risk appetite and portfolio management initiatives.
Ensure timely, accurate underwriting services while meeting standards.
Drive product development, enhancements and digital transformation with IT and distribution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
Provide leadership in management of general insurance products aligned with growth and competitiveness.
