Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a senior leader to drive GenAI-powered growth and efficiency within Global Transaction Services. You will build robust data foundations and collaborate with Product, Sales, Digital, Governance & Control, and Data Management teams to deploy GenAI solutions across risk management and productivity areas.

The role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, building governance frameworks, and fostering a culture of adaptation to new technology across GTS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the banking industry.
• Proven experience in data-intensive ML/GenAI projects.
• Strong data governance principles and knowledge-base management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently while fostering teamwork.
• Experience in sales optimization, risk analytics, or operational efficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of the foundational data and knowledge base for GenAI initiatives within GTS.
• Coordinate with GTS Product, Sales, Digital, Governance & Control, Data Management and Technology teams to identify and implement GenAI use cases.
• Drive setup and deployment of GenAI solutions focusing on sales leads orientation, risk management and productivity savings.
• Define metrics and track outcomes of GenAI use cases and their impact on business objectives.
• Identify roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to governance frameworks for GenAI and data management within the organization.
