Job summary

The Tung Wah Group of Hospitals invites applications for a role supporting fundraising events and donor relations in Hong Kong. The incumbent will assist in event preparation, correspondence drafting, vendor coordination, daily administration, donor/guest data entry, and reporting on participation and support for the Group.

The ideal candidate should have HKCEE passes including English, Chinese, and Mathematics or a completed F.5 with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification as HKCEE with English, Chinese and Math or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for fund-raising events, including event prep, drafting correspondence, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and logistics.
