What role will you play?

You will lead staff engagement and corporate giving activities across several offices in Asia, while managing regional and global projects. You will work closely with business leaders, non-profit partners and colleagues across Macquarie to support volunteering, fundraising and giving initiatives. You will also lead regional campaigns and collaborate with stakeholders across different locations and time zones to deliver meaningful social impact outcomes.

What you offer
  • Demonstrable experience in corporate social responsibility, corporate foundations or social enterprises
  • Tertiary education in management, preferably with a focus on philanthropy, social impact or social entrepreneurship
  • Experience managing grants, non-profit partnerships and volunteer programmes, particularly in employment or livelihood-related initiatives
  • Strong project management, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across locations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large audiences and working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
