What role will you play?

As part of a high‑performing and collaborative team, you will originate, identify and execute profitable electronic trading opportunities, driving continued growth in the region. You will work closely with a global client base, supporting institutional clients across multiple regions.

Our strong institutional platform and innovative quant‑driven electronic trading solutions will enable you to deepen existing relationships, develop new ones and expand our reach through a consultative, content‑led sales approach. You will collaborate closely with quantitative and development teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client outcomes.

What You Offer

• Strong academic background, ideally in finance, economics or a quantitative discipline
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of performance and established institutional client relationships
• In‑depth experience in Asian markets and exposure to global equity markets, with a solid understanding of algorithmic trading products and market microstructure
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fluency in English and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with a commercial mindset
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, with detailed knowledge of risk management and operational procedures in a global institutional equity trading context
