Job summary

GratiCore is seeking a Fund Operations Vice President to oversee day-to-day operations and drive execution of strategic initiatives. You will partner with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will bring hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a clear communication style to manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred in this Hong Kong-based role.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational activities across investment, finance, legal, compliance and external service providers.
• Track and manage key business initiatives, projects and strategic priorities.

• Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist with fund launches, investor onboarding, fund administration and service provider management.
• Support management reporting, budgeting, planning and business reviews.
• Coordinate board meetings, investment committee materials and business updates where required.
• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, legal counsel and banking partners.
• Maintain operational documentation, policies and procedures.
• Assist functional leads with day‑to‑day business management and operational requirements.
