Job summary

Zhong Ou Asset Management International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a junior Fund Operations Analyst to support daily fund operations, settlement, cash and position reconciliation, and valuation processes. You will work closely with front office, compliance and external service providers to ensure accurate NAV calculations and timely reporting.

Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in fund services preferred. Strong Excel and VBA helpful; English, Mandarin and Cantonese communications required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related subjects.
• 1–2 years' experience in fund services, asset management or audit preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; VBA is a plus.
• Good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Perform fund daily operation work including settlement, cash and position reconciliation.
• Prepare and review for valuation and NAV statements.
• Support client onboarding KYC matters.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and other third-party service providers.
• Liaise with front office, legal/compliance and other related units when necessary.
• Support new managed accounts / funds set up.
• Coordinate with Fund Administrator and Auditor on the annual audit of the fund.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
