First Shanghai Investment Management (HK) Limited is seeking highly driven individuals to grow with the company. The role covers NAV calculation, fund accounting, investor subscriptions/redemptions, reporting, and daily fund operations in Hong Kong.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in fund administration or related fields, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Chinese and English. The position includes a competitive package and opportunities in a dynamic asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in fund administration, fund accounting, audit, or asset management operations (hedge funds/private equity preferred).
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• NAV and valuation of daily/monthly fund assets and investor shares.
• Daily cash, trade, and position reconciliations with Prime Brokers and Custodians; investigate breaks.
• Maintain fund ledgers, prepare financial statements and investor reports; assist auditors.
• Process investor subscriptions/redemptions and calculate fund fees.
• Draft investor reports, newsletters, pitch decks, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate daily fund operations including fund launches, expenses, and cash flow projections.
• Handle new account openings and client onboarding; perform KYC/AML checks.
• Serve as primary contact with Trustees, Custodians, Fund Administrators, Brokers, and Auditors; liaise with PMs, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
