Job summary

LCentral is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to be the welcoming face of our centre and support daily operations in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for students or anyone looking to gain valuable customer service experience.

You will greet parents, students and visitors, assist with enrolments, registrations and payments, manage calls, emails and bookings, and help with general admin tasks to keep the centre running smoothly.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally.
• Assist with centre operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
• Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Work Hours & Pay

• Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM

Commitment Requirement:

• Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year
• Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is preferred
