Job summary

The Alternative Story Learning Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Frontline Executive to engage customers and provide administrative support to our students and teachers.

You will be the backbone of our centre operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities with a friendly, service-minded approach. You will work with a vibrant team, grow your skills, and have opportunities to progress to a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and communicative

• Able to work under pressure and time constraints
• Able to manage centre capacity of 100-200 students per day with a team of customer service officers
• Sharp and alert to customers' needs
• Driven to make progress and produce excellent work
• Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile
• Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administration (not a requirement but a plus)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide administrative support to our customers and teachers
