Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced Fulfillment Planning and Operations Analyst to drive regional supply chain design, network optimisation, and performance improvements across the region.
You will build robust business cases, conduct financial analysis, map processes, and partner with FP&A, logistics, and E‑commerce teams to deliver tangible savings and service improvements.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Planning and Operations, you will join a collaborative team of analysts driving strategic initiatives across the region. This role acts as a key bridge across cross-functional groups, partnering closely with DC & Logistics Operations, FP&A, Global Fulfillment Strategy, S&OP, 3PL Management, E-commerce, and Merchandise Planning.
Support the progression of regional fulfilment strategies, including supply chain design and network optimisation assessments.
Develop robust business cases, financial analyses, and executive presentation materials to guide decision-making.
Maintain and track business benefit realisations for approved initiatives, delivering regular performance updates to leadership.
Perform end-to-end process mapping and gap analyses to identify operational improvement opportunities.
Partner with FP&A and Fulfilment teams to evaluate distribution center and logistics performance against financial and service level targets.
Conduct ad hoc quantitative analysis and modelling to evaluate operational constraints and business impacts.
Analyze complex supply chain data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment by preparing newsletters, presentations, and monthly sessions to communicate key achievements and strategy
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, consulting, or business analysis.
Strong understanding of fulfilment operations, supply chain processes, and business performance drivers.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modelling, data synthesis) and strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities.
Proven track record in process mapping, financial evaluation, and network optimisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
Proactive, energetic, and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
