Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced Fulfillment Planning and Operations Analyst to drive regional supply chain design, network optimisation, and performance improvements across the region.

You will build robust business cases, conduct financial analysis, map processes, and partner with FP&A, logistics, and E‑commerce teams to deliver tangible savings and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, logistics, consulting, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of fulfilment operations and performance drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience in process mapping, financial evaluation, and network optimisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, energetic, well-organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the progression of regional fulfilment strategies, including supply chain design and network optimisation assessments.
• Develop robust business cases, financial analyses, and executive presentation materials to guide decision-making.
• Maintain and track business benefit realisations for approved initiatives, delivering regular performance updates to leadership.
• Perform end-to-end process mapping and gap analyses to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Partner with FP&A and Fulfilment teams to evaluate distribution center and logistics performance against financial and service level targets.
• Conduct ad hoc quantitative analysis and modelling to evaluate operational constraints and business impacts.
• Analyze complex supply chain data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by preparing newsletters, presentations, and monthly sessions to communicate key achievements and strategy
