Job summary

lululemon seeks a Senior Manager, 3PL Strategy & RFP to enable global 3PL strategy execution through leadership of sourcing programs, analytics, and governance. a day in the life

With the leadership and support of the Senior Director, Global 3PL Management, the Senior Manager, 3PL Strategy & RFP is responsible for enabling the execution of lululemon's global third-party logistics strategy through leadership of strategic sourcing programs, contract governance, analytics, executive reporting, and cross-regional coordination.

  • Lead and develop the global 3PL Strategy & RFP team, including program management, financial planning administration, analytics, reporting, and business performance management resources.
  • Consolidate regional 3PL strategies and priorities into a cohesive global roadmap and support executive communications.
  • Own the global 3PL sourcing and RFP governance framework.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year global sourcing roadmap covering partner selections, renewals, extensions, and re-bids.
  • Coordinate RFP sequencing globally to ensure initiatives do not compete for shared support resources.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates, renewal windows, and sourcing lead times to mitigate business continuity risks.
  • Accountable for maintaining a comprehensive global repository of 3PL contracts, commercial agreements, statements of work (SOWs), SLA and KPI frameworks, governance documentation, and associated templates, including ownership of documentation standards, lifecycle management, renewal visibility, version control, and repository governance.
  • Establish governance standards for contract management, documentation practices, template management, and approval workflows.
  • Own the global 3PL analytics and reporting framework.
  • Lead development of executive dashboards, scorecards, business cases, and portfolio performance reporting.
Financial Planning & Resource Governance:
  • Lead and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the Global 3PL organization, consolidating regional inputs, assumptions, resource requirements, and investment requests into a cohesive annual planning process.
  • Partner closely with Global and Regional FP&A teams to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, and organizational planning activities for the Global 3PL function.
  • Maintain visibility to Global 3PL organizational funding, including OPEX and CAPEX budgets that support team resources, consulting engagements, strategic initiatives, and business transformation activities.
  • Monitor organizational spend throughout the year and provide regular reporting on budget performance, forecast variances, and funding utilization against approved plans.
  • Coordinate budget tracking and financial reporting activities across the Global 3PL organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Global 3PL organization and Finance/FP&A partners on budgeting, forecasting, AOP, and financial governance activities.
  • Lead and develop the Senior Financial Analyst responsible for budget tracking, forecasting support, financial reporting, and administration of the Global 3PL planning process.
  • Partner closely with regional 3PL leaders, transportation partner management teams, and solution design managers to support execution of global priorities.
  • Capable and willing to travel internationally to support business needs, partner engagements, sourcing activities, and strategic initiatives.
Role Boundary:

This role is accountable for global 3PL strategy enablement, sourcing governance, analytics, contract governance, program leadership, AOP coordination, budget visibility, and FP&A partnership. Responsibility for funding allocation decisions, spending approvals, and investment prioritization remains with the Senior Director.
