Job summary

ARTA TechFin Corporation Limited is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance professional to lead end-to-end FRR filings to the SFC and HKEX, and to monitor ongoing FRR compliance. You will interpret updates to HK regulatory frameworks and ensure resources' thresholds are maintained.

In addition, you will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under HKFRS, maintain strong internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years focused on SFC FRR reporting in a licensed corporation (Type 1 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HKFRS, SFO, and HKEX Listing Rules.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, listing and compliance rules, and international accounting standards.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FRR filings to the SFC and HKEX.
• Monitor FRR compliance and assess impact of new transactions/business activities on resources.
• Interpret and implement updates to SFC rules, HKEX Listing Rules, and relevant ordinances.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under HKFRS and group policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and interim reviews.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support business planning.
• Provide analytical support to operational departments, highlighting financial implications of business decisions.
• Support ad-hoc projects (e.g., M&A, system implementation) as required.
